Overview

  • Simple, yet sophisticated, clamp-on shelf creates additional desktop space for speakers, picture frames, books, monitors, plants, etc
  • Sturdy design: 15" steel shelf supports up to 35 lb; 27" steel shelf supports up to 50 lb

Desktop Organization

Maximize your desk space with the Desk Shelf. Crafted from steel, the tray top design is deep and sturdy enough to hold speakers, monitors, laptops, and other desktop essentials; while providing extra storage space beneath it.

Its clamp-on hardware yields ease and flexibility when mounting the shelf. Clamp it wherever you would like. It aligns flush with the rear edge of a desk or table, making it useful even on desks within a cubicle or with privacy panels attached.

Apply the included black neoprene pad to the tray surface within the raised outer lip of the tray to protect it and your accessories from scratches. The neoprene pad also helps to mute speaker vibration.

A Secondary Use

When used as a monitor stand or riser, the Monitor Stand positions your screen in a better position to help avoid neck strain. The goal is to get the top of your monitor to approximately eye height. Sturdy shelf and bracket design supports up to 35 lb for the 15" shelf and up to 50 lb for the 27" shelf - more than enough to support most large monitors such as an iMac.

We recommend the use of a monitor arm for this purpose because every person is different and monitors vary in height, a monitor arm allows for the perfect positioning of a screen to work for any user.

  2. What is the shelf made of?

    This shelf and mounting bracket are made from formed and stamped steel creating an incredibly sturdy and high quality storage option. Mounting hardware includes a decorative, 2-piece molded ABS plastic cover.

  3. Can this be used without the plastic covers?

    Yes, the shelf is fully functional without the plastic covers, but we recommend you keep those on for the best look.

  4. My desk is against a wall, will this interfere?

    All you need is a gap of just 0.2" between your wall or cubicle and the desk shelf.

  5. I have a privacy panel or acrylic panel, will this work in front of it?

    Yes, this will work in front of UPLIFT Acoustic or Acrylic privacy panels.

  6. Will a monitor arm mount behind the shelf?

    This shelf does not allow for a monitor arm to be mounted behind it but could be mounted to either side of the shelf. Alternatively, shelves can be mounted on either side of the monitor arm.
