This spacious table features ample room underneath for desk accessories and storage options like filing cabinets, or for pulling up a chair for a short-term work session or meeting. If sitting for more than two to three hours per day, ergonomists recommend switching to a height adjustable workstation.
Ideal seated height: 29" high table with a 1" thick top attached; 28" frame height. Casters raise the overall table height (standard casters by 1.5", soft roll casters by 2.5", and heavy duty casters by 4.7").
Tabletop options: Compatible with all UPLIFT rectangular and curved desktops and tabletops.

While you are able to use this table for short periods as a seated-only desk, the table has a fixed height and does not rise and lower like our standing desks.
It offers space for all those office accessories that might not fit on your desk, such as printers, phones, photos, lamps, and figurines. It can also be used in other capacities, such as providing the perfect spot for meetings in conference rooms.
